Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Liquid Phoenix, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of invoice for an exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping and handling. If the return is due to an error we have made (i.e. you were sent the wrong item) we will gladly refund the delivery charges. All returns must be in their original, new condition. Any item that is not in original, new condition may not receive a full refund. Items that are not in original, new condition cannot be exchanged.
